Ukraine: Parliament reported to have cancelled vote on anti-gay law

The Ukrainian parliament has cancelled a scheduled vote on legislation that would ban any Ukrainian citizen from speaking out favourably about gays or lesbians, the petition website AllOUt.org said today.
